Her Ryerson education in Marketing Management set the foundation for her career, built on extensive knowledge of branding and promotional strategies. Entrepreneur and leader of a Strategic Design and Brand Solutions company, she created partnerships with many corporate, not-for-profit and educational companies, delivering measureable campaign results.

Marsha loves coaching students of all ages, helping them see their potential, building courage for creating their own connections and developing their own career opportunities. She has been working with Seneca’s Government-funded Employment Programs at Seneca College over 4 years.
